Each booth is equipped with 1 draped 8' table, 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket. $300 Tribes/American Indian Booth $1000 Federal Government/Corporate Booth Hotel Information: The Special NIBA per diem room rate for conference participants is $91, plus a 12% room tax. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
$100 dollars of your booth fee is non-refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing by November 15, 2005. EXHIBIT INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall on Sunday November 20 at 5:00 pm. All exhibits must be set up by 8:30 am, Monday November 21, 2005 for opening. The Governor�s Inn will set up the exhibit table and two chairs. NIBA will provide a sign to hang on booth. Exhibitor will provide all other necessary decorations, etc., and shipment of such to hotel in exhibitors name. Dismantling of booths will begin at 4:00 pm on Tuesday November 22, 2005.
