NIBA's 2008 economic development conference will be in concurrence with the NCAI 65th annual convention on october 19 to 24, 2008 in Phoenix, AZ. At the Hyatt Hotel, 602-252-1234. Economic sessions on 10-20, 21 & 22, 2008.
